Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of PopJar Media ("PopJar," "we," "us"), operated by SudoDog LLC. By signing up, paying, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

PopJar is a managed social-media service. You provide us with brand assets and delegated access to your social accounts; we draft, schedule, and ship posts on your behalf and, depending on your plan, perform engagement actions (likes, replies, follows) within scope. Specific deliverables per plan are described on our pricing page.

You agree not to use PopJar to:

We may pause or terminate your account, with refund of unused prepaid time, if we believe in good faith that you've violated this section.

7. Manual approval + autopilot

Depending on your plan, drafts go through your approval queue (Starter, default Growth) or are posted automatically (Growth/Pro opt-in autopilot). If you've enabled autopilot, you accept that we may post content you have not personally reviewed; we retain the right to refuse autopilot for any account where it poses risk.

8. Third-party services

To deliver the service, we use third parties including Cloudflare, Stripe, Resend, Anthropic, and Google. Their terms govern any data they process. We are not responsible for outages or terms changes on third-party social platforms (Meta, TikTok, X, etc.) that affect our ability to post.

PopJar is provided "as is." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost profits, lost followers, reputational harm, etc.).

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

12. Changes to these Terms

If we make material changes, we'll email active customers at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
